SWOT Analysis
I have found SWOT Analysis to be a useful tool to review multiple options or project outcomes and combine the most desired attributes. It is a method used extensively in business and marketting so it is in common language for designers who are at the negotiating end of our practice.

In our case we will use it to evaluate the nomadic rooms of the week 2 Excercise.

For some further references google search SWOT Analysis (i even spelt it wrong and achieved the desired effect.)
